Are you guilty of always being on your phone? In this high tech era we live in we are all guilty of it. I will admit that I’m certainly guilty. Like most of us I’m sure you are overwhelmed and feel behind. First of all it is hard to find the time to spend time with your dog. So even when you make the time to be with your dog (walking your dog or being at home) your attention is on the phone emailing etc.
Dogs have such a heightened sense and awareness that they know everything that goes around especially when they are being ignored. Your fur babies have feelings and needs just like us. If you have a dog with behavioral issues often times the cause is lack of attention, physical activity and boredom.
Doga is the solution that saves you time while cultivating a strong bond. It is only time where you get to give 100% undivided attention to your dog and check off exercise from your to-do list at the same time. You’ll also get a moment of tech detox to clear your mind. I know you love your dog like your own child. And he/she will thank you for it in so many ways. Both of your hearts will be so filled with love.
